The assessment included two tests and a 1-1 interview reviewing our results. Seemed mildly disorganised - i was grouped into the internship interview despite applying to be an apprentice.
Lunch was provided which was very nice.

Using birds, messengers, and carriages, how would you deliver a message in the most efficient way possible (this is in response to a 30minute task we had)

Interview
There were 4 people with me included. We sat through a short presentation then did 3 problem solving tests. Afterwards we were separated and were interviewed 1 on 1 to talk about the answers we gave in the problem solving tests.
