Metaview Community Manager interview questions

The interview process at Metaview was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They put me through a 5-stage process, but I only reached stage 4. By this point, I had already completed two lengthy tasks (one of which took me over 5 hours). When it came to presenting my work, the interviewers arrived late, were rude and disengaged, and gave the impression they had already lost interest. On top of this, they changed the role midway through the process, showing a lack of clarity and respect for candidates’ time. I only received feedback after chasing them four times, eventually having to email someone in a senior leadership position just to get a response. For a company that claims to be an expert in hiring, they failed at the most basic level: treating candidates with professionalism and respect. The whole experience felt like they were more interested in taking ideas from the tasks than actually filling the role. I would not recommend applying here.
