First round was with HR and I moved onto the second round where I met the VP of HR, also the hiring manager. Other reviews are correct, they’re very quick to respond after the first interview and then ghost you. It’s highly unprofessional especially coming from 2 HR employees and the VP himself. It’s not hard to get back to candidates after they spent time interviewing. The way a company treats candidates during the hiring process speaks loudly on how they conduct business.
