Fairly easy process for new unit. The staff seem to get along well. The hospital itself was nice in this unit. Management seemed knowledgeable about the unit. It was an overall good experience

Filled out the application online & received a call about a week later to schedule an in-person interview. I was interviewed by two current employees. They were polite, but I got the feeling that they already had a candidate picked.
