Incredible experience. Everyone was so nice and passionate about this hospital. It made me even more excited to learn about what this place has to offer. I was asked a couple questions and then I asked a bunch of questions

My questions were more informal and more of just a conversation. I did get asked to tell a bit about myself and why I picked the department I did. Other than that it was a lot of me asking them questions

It's like speed dating but for interviews, so expect each interviewer's style to be different. There are a tons of candidates, some interviewers are a bit condescending. Some are very nice. Saw some candidates had offered on the spot.
