Metro Electric interview questions

The initial interview was a 45 minute phone conversation with two people, the HR manager & Vice President. Then a day or so later I flew from Dallas to McAllen. Where I was driven around McAllen for short while. Then we went to their shop where a 1.5 to 2 hour interview took place. Then I was returned to the airport and flew back to Dallas. The next day or so I received an offer that I counter offered and ultimately accepted.
