Interview
Long and drawn out. Several interviews and "tests". Repetitive questions. Not friendly. Feedback was limited. Job was described differently than what I have witnessed a person in the position actually does. Was obvious Work Life balance was not a consideration. Turns out it's not what you know but who you know.
