The interview process consisted of me describing my past jobs and my availability to work. The interview was very laid back and the general manager was personable. She also asked for my school schedule for availability purposes.

Normal food service interview. You tell them about yourself, then they give you scenarios where you would talk to a customer and you explain what you would do in those scenarios.
