Interview
First HR interview, then technical challenge that they send to you several days before the technical interview. During the interview you are supposed to code it in front of them. I was given a task to write a CLI tool in 1 hour. I used Go to write it but writing it in Go takes much longer that writing in PHP or Python so I couldn't finish in one hour, but none of the interviewers knew Go either so the task was supposedly oriented on other simpler languages. No time for any questions. I was told that everything looked good but then got completely ghosted after the technical.

There were three stages in all. 1. A call with HR HR talked a lot about the company and values. 2. A simple test assignment (less than an hour) and a debriefing with an engineer The test task was simple, we could do it in any programming language. 3. Questions about architecture and testing. They asked the basic things about the architecture.
