MetroWest Medical Center interview questions

Very Thorough interview process. Went through standard questions, but a lot more more about where I felt I would be in five years as well as what I could contribute to the hospital. What is my goals?

After rescheduling several times, I met via zoom (was originally in person) with the chief social worker. He seemed nice enough, but there were several red flags in terms of a proposed culture shift to be less client-centered, work in areas you may not be competent or experienced in, and a lack of familiarity with current evidence-based interventions. This just wasn't a good fit for me, but might work for someone else.
