I applied online. I interviewed at Metrodigi (Larkspur, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
It was slapdash--the interviewers were people who could drop by and ask questions. I liked them and they were supportive of my background. My greatest worry was that they said they couldn't really offer orientation or training.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
About my previous experience. About details of the work I had done previously.
Thought I was having coffee, turned out it was an interview with three people. All the details were a little too vague for my liking. In discussing my particular area of expertise, I mentioned a couple names at a company they were trying to do business with. They hadn't heard of the names, so I had serious doubts whether they had the relationship they claimed to have. (There was some question as to whether they had legal rights to at least one sample on their website and I didn't quite get a straight answer on that.)
I walked away wondering if the whole thing was dodgy or they were just overeager.
I was told we'd talk again in a week. Then that it would be two weeks. Then nothing at all. They ghosted.

Question 1
The questions I was asking them were more difficult than anything they asked me.
