I had the first screening call with HR. It only took 6 minutes, and at the end she told me the next stage would be an Excel case study, requiring candidates to come to their office for the assessment. I told her I was fine with that. She then said she'd try to schedule it within 2 days and would let me know. That was 3 weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything since. I sent 2 follow-up emails with no response. It is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Sometimes all a candidate expects is a simple update on where things stand.
