Lengthy - A lot of paperwork. The interview itself was a hour outside of the paperwork that they asked you to fill out. They treat it as a law enforcement interview. Be prepared to answer a lot of scenario based questions - using problem solving skills. Understand, that in the interview - the interviewer makes the company seem very professional, and "para-law enforcement." Nothing could be farther from the truth.
