1 - Screening call - ~30 min
2 - Take home case study to prepare (it took me a couple of hours)
3 - On site case study presentation + interviews (C-level stakeholders & CEO).
The process went pretty fast considering that period of the year (Christmas).
The case study was relevant and allowed me to show my skills / how I envisioned the role.
The interviewers were nice and really cared about my opinion. I appreciated it was a real conversation and not just them trying to figure out if I had the "correct" answer.
I only wish I had more feedback between stages and a better understanding of what the different steps were about to better prepare myself
