Received my invitation to an interview by phone. Physical interview takes place inside the retail store. Simple questions, such as: Why do you want to work at Mexx? What can you personally contribute by working here? Give an example of when you had to handle a situation under pressure. Are you a team player? Can you describe a situation where you worked in a team.

they prefer resumes to be handed in person and if they like your personality, they will call you for a interview. very simple interview. mostly to judge how you handle situations
