Mia Share interview questions

I was emailed and asked to use an online portal to schedule time to meet with the hiring manager. I did so and when it came time to actually meet via zoom they sent me an email that they were running a few minutes behind but would be on shortly. I waited for 20+ minutes before they did login. The interview itself wasn't difficult and it felt like it went well. At the end of the interview they said they would have the someone reach out to me to schedule a time to come to the office and meet the whole team. I waited several days and never heard from anyone so I sent a follow up email and now close to 3 weeks later I still have not heard back. Overall just unprofessional and don't feel like my time was respected.

The interview process was extremely strange. I was contacted originally to talk about their open role. I did not apply. I first spoke with the CEO who spend only about 10 total minutes with me, then wanted me to meet with two of his executive team members. I thought at first that it seemed like a decent idea and a could have potential, but it seems the company has no idea on direction or leadership and how to grow. They also just raised money and are want to open a physical office, even though their entire team is remote. It seems like a massive misuse of vital funds. They went radio silent on me, communication was really poor, it didn't appear that leadership was aligned on strategy.
