I interviewed at Miami Children's Museum (Miami, FL)
Interview
It was short. 15 mins fill out application and short casual conversation. It was basic interview questions and my experience. They explained about next steps. Overall , it was a nice facility and good experience.
The process began positively with thoughtful conversations about the role. However, in the final round with leadership, the tone shifted. I was asked several personal questions unrelated to the job, and comments about workplace expectations raised red flags. After expressing concerns, I was abruptly removed from consideration. It was a disappointing end to what initially felt like a strong fit.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three steps. The first was a phone screening, where the interviewer was friendly and transparent about the role. The second involved completing a project followed by an in-person panel interview. The final stage was an interview with the CEO and another director.
