It was a 2 part process. First round was a 30 minute phone interview. Second round consisted of a half day on campus interview where I met with the search committee and other people in the department.

First round is via phone/zoom, usually about 5 people on the search committee and usually about 5 questions. Second round is usually in person, and a half to full day experience meeting with co-workers, supervisors, and campus partners.
