Interview
I applied online not thinking I was going to get the job because I was running out of hope for finding a job at that point. About three days later I called for a follow up and told to come in the following Thursday. I went in and was interviewed for about 5 minutes by the manager who looked super strict but extremely kind at the same time. She asked me general questions about what I thought good customer service was, what type of person I was and what my requirements were, if I was ok with only working part-time.. etc. She hired me on the spot and told me she wanted me to come in for training and to fill out some paper-work that Saturday and by Wednesday I started working.
Just asked me my availability, why I want to work here, and about myself. It was super chill and the manager was nice too. Went in for a day and got shown to the backroom and it was a 10 minute experience. Afterwards they showed me around the store.

Basic interview processes with questions like how do you work with a team, can you be flexible in your work, the hours you can work, your learnability, a time you dealt with an unhappy customer
The interview was very relaxed but was in a professional setting. Nice managers and co workers. They were very friendly to talk to. Many were eager to answer any questions that I may have about the process or the job itself
