Interview
Truly a waste of time - waited 2 weeks for an interview, the interviewer didn't bother to come greet me and sits me directly in front of her like a child. She immediately has an attitude and tells me she knows everything about my previous store manager experience (we worked for the same company previously) and doesn't want to hear about that position, but other things on my resume. I was totally blindsided but still gave it my 100% - she kept looking down at her watch as I answered questions and didn't bother asking why I even wanted the job. She ended the interview with a few bankruptcy questions (should you be worried?) and told me they would be in touch.
I sent a thank you note and was told I'd hear back within the week, the week comes and goes and I never heard anything back.
To think this lady has all of this upper level management experience, but can't focus on an applicate during an interview is astounding. I suppose bankruptcy is in the future otherwise I don't think I'd be asked how I handled that with a previous company.

Very basic process when it comes to the hiring process. Step one recruiter and a phone screen. Step two was with the District Manager with store visit,
Step 3 offer. Total process was 2 weeks.

Interview was reasonable. Met with market manager then a peer interview with another store manager. Market manager asked about my knowledge of the company and its core values. Asked situational questions and about experience leading teams.

Interview
It was very quick, and had several portions to the interview including an amplitude test. Met with the district supervisor for a store visit.Not sure what other information they wanted.. Only received a generated email with the reply. I imagine they continued with other applicants within the company
