Michaels Part Time Floral Designer interview questions

Iterview process was really quite easy. There were never any questions concerning the actual position. Never even asked if I could do floral design or if I was trained as a floral designer. There was a question about the amount of hours I could work but this did not really matter because you were never schedule very many hours.
