I talked to a recruiter at my campus career fair and received a call to schedule an interview the next day. The interview consisted of 2 Michelin employees from South Carolina: a recruiter and an engineer. The questions they asked were mostly behavioral questions.

2 hour initial phone interview, second round 3-4 hour interview with 3 pairs of interviewers. Normally would be done on site, but I was interviewed virtually due to distance and covid constraints.
