First they asked general questions about eligibility to work in the US. There were two people, one who asked the general questions and the other who asked more specific questions about my resume. They asked what my career goals were in the next 5 years. They asked about my experiences and how it applied to Michelin. They also asked if I have any teaching or tutoring experience. Overall, it was very laidback and both interviewers were very friendly.
