I applied online. I interviewed at Michelin North America (Columbia, SC) in Feb 2018
Interview
Applied, took online assessment, video interview, then phone interview. All seemed to be going well. Interviewer had to do some research on territory and get back to me but she never did so I contacted them. Two days later they sent a form rejection letter. I contacted the recruiter but she never responded. I invested several hours in the process and was left disappointed by the recruiter. They also expect you to quit your job and take a 9 month training course. If you don't get a 80% average through training you have quit your old job and you won't have a job at Michelin.

Interview
Tough. You know you are being interviewed for a real job. Prepare yourself for different types of interview questions. Research the company so you ask questions too. If you have never been in this type of sales, ask to go on a ride a long to get yourself familiar with the type of job.
