Michelson Organization interview questions

First it was a long phone interview. Then they required an official application filled out like 7 pages. Then they emailed a questionnaire and wanted long answers to questions about you and your future and that had to be sent back that day. The interview was 2 hours and they had me take a test to see my skills that was like 30 questions. I had to meet with 2 people and after all that still did not get the job.
