apply online - phone screen - on site interview with recruiter and HR person - on site interview with branch leadership. final decision a couple days after that. total process takes about 2 weeks. the recruiter was very nice and personable. the HR guy who joined her for the on site interview came across as a bible camp counselor and i could tell within 30 seconds he did not like me. i went for broke and was totally honest about my ambitions - do not do this if you want a job with them. you just need to say yes sir and be overly humble.
