They had me do one Zoom phone call, one swim test, and one skills test. Both were relatively easy to complete if you are confident with your certification. Go for it!

Interview
They tested our CPR abilities and administered an aquatic test to test for swimming ability, rescue ability and scanning the pool. This was over a several hour period, where people would be eliminated if they failed any rounds of testing.
