Interview
The interview process is in 3 stages. The first two consisting of a phone interview with the recruiter and then an interview with the hiring manager, and most likely your predecessor. Following the two interviews, you have a full day of interviews on campus with department chairs that you will collaborate with during your potential tenure at the institution.

Question 1
The biggest thing is curiosity and being able to speak with donors without any fear. The position is essentially a role between public relationships and sales. But if you're genuine, the conversation will flow easily just like a donor meeting. Present yourself as though you were in a donor engagement opportunity.
