Depend on industry experience and the job itself, there are multiple interview by a direct reporting and direct reporting manager. There are series of question about the past job and the reason for choosing those job and the reason for moving job.

Interview
1st stage internal interview with HR, 2nd stage telephone interview with hiring manager. Positive, professional and efficient process. Talked through CV, very friendly and informal on both occasions. I got good feedback during the second interview and expected to get to final stage but unfortunately this did not occur and I am not fully clear why, which was a real shame as I felt that I could do the job and fit into the team

Very fast, I was hired within a week. It took two meetings. I got some general questions but also very specific to the role, including finance knowledge. The recruiter was very supportive though.
