I applied online. I interviewed at Micro1 (Florida City, FL) in Apr 2025
Interview
This is what you see first after applying:
"Please note that this ~22-minute interview will be conducted by an AI interviewer. You will answer each question by speaking out loud, so find a quiet spot and make sure your internet connection is stable. Once this portion is complete, there will be a 25-minute coding exercise immediately afterward."
WHY ARE YOU EXPECTING REAL PEOPLE TO ANSWER YOUR AI BOT?! I'll just send my AI bot to talk to your bot.
This is yet another example of new tech being used the wrong way!
There's nothing wrong with the technology itself—what's wrong is how some people choose to implement it.

Question 1
No questions. I skipped this "wonderful" opportunity to talk to BOT.

Interview
It was Ai Interview and it is not good as expected. But the quality of the interview was good with great questions but for fresher it was too difficult and also it was a contract based job

Interview
Applied online and was directed to an AI interview. The AI asked one question about my day, then froze completely for 5+ minutes. Attempted 3 times with the same result. Contacted support — got a useless copy-paste response. Requested a reschedule due to THEIR platform failure and was told it "cannot be skipped." They couldn't even distinguish between skipping and rescheduling. Zero accountability, broken product, dismissive support.

Question 1
"How was your day?" — and then the AI froze and never asked anything else.

Interview
I applied for a job opening that seemed to be related to ZS Associates and received emails with their logo inviting me to an “AI Interview.” However, the process was managed entirely by an external platform (micro1.ai), with no contact with any human recruiter and no clear information about the role, team, or actual stage of the process.
The emails were automated, non-replyable, and the support provided was not from ZS. This is confusing, as it gives the impression of progressing through an official process when in reality it's an automated assessment with no guarantee of an active opening.
I don't consider it a scam, but it is a opaque and potentially misleading process for candidates expecting to interview directly with the company. I would recommend clarifying the relationship with external platforms and the true scope of these interviews.
