The interview was conducted using AI, and it definitely felt different from a traditional one. It seemed more like they were gathering data or training the AI rather than genuinely assessing me. The interaction lacked the human touch, making it feel more mechanical and impersonal, as if the primary goal was to refine their system rather than understand me as a candidate. When I asked to repeat or clarify a question, the AI could do that, but it still felt scripted and less intuitive than speaking with a real person.
