I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MicroStrategy (Tysons Corner, VA) in May 2016
Interview
First, had a couple rounds of phone interviews which ask general behavioral questions then a brain teaser at the end of each interview. Then, they invited me for an on-site interview where you talk to some of the leads of the team with brainteaser as well as a project presentation.
