I applied online. I interviewed at MicroStrategy (McLean, VA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Sent a whopping total of 4 assessments to take, most not even related to software development in the first place. Was a total waste of time because some of these questions were very basic logic questions and others were questions like "Spot the logical next set of musical notes given the original pattern" - to which none made sense to an actual musician. The assessments were honestly a waste of time and felt mind numbing to take.
