I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MicroVention in May 2023
Interview
The process was in three stages of online and in-person interviews. First two interviews were with one person, and the final interview was a panel interview. Questions focused on projects and relevant experiences for a new graduate position.

Interview
Went for an on-site interview, but it seemed as though the people conducting the interviews didn't have a clue about how to interview or what questions to ask about how my background related to the position. Instead, it was several iterations of "let's walk through your resume and ask about every little detail of everything listed there". Not at all what I would call understanding how transferable skills can be leveraged in this position. No one who has all of the direct skills is going to apply for the position.....they are going to seek a higher position. So after 5 rounds of that, I was thoroughly finished with the interview and the opportunity. I bowed out of the process and moved on.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MicroVention in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was quick and transparent. I got to meet several people on the teams that were very informative. Each interviewer was courteous and respectful of my time. There were 2 rounds of interviews, with the first being moreso and overview of the role.
