The panel were very friendly and it felt like they were interested in what they had to say. The questions were completely average and aside from one question about one technical question about handling online comments the questions were related to soft skills. However, it took 4 weeks to receive an outcome from HR, when the panel said it would be a little over a week. I think that is appalling.
