Microcom Service Technician interview questions

I was given an offer; however I feel there are areas to resolve if this is to be considered more than temp. They seem to be looking for higher level of experience than their usual burger flipper. I need a solid understanding of their point system. I've been paid straight commission, and MC system may seem less than legal. I'll update upon further review. If MC's interest is in higher quality; they'll need to show more appeal.
