Interview
I was an internal applicant for this position and the hiring manager was a very no-nonsense kind of manager. He ran interviews for a week, then made a decision. The interview lasted about an hour and consisted of mostly open ended questions trying to discern how I would handle particular scenarios and what experience I had that I could draw upon.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Since this particular interview was ran by a single person, it was difficult to anticipate what would be asked. The question that was most unexpected, was 'What single word describes your approach to your work'. I ended up giving them a list since I couldn't come up with a single word.

Interview
3 round process involves 2 Technical rounds and finally a Manager round.
Technical interviewers ensure you feel comfortable and ask questions relevant for the open position.
Interviewers were good but HRs do not seem be professional. They do not provide you updates and result on time.
I cleared all rounds and it's been 15 days since I completed interview and haven't received any instructions post that.
