First Round: Phone Interview with HR
Second Round: Direct Supervisor
Third Round: Line Director
The first round interview lasted for about 45 minutes including questions regarding the job description, what makes me qualified etc.
Round two is more specific, where scenarios were proposed and possible solutions and recommendations are given. Overall the experience was good, the people were nice and professional. Some questions were tough, specifically, they asked for implementation details, i.e. the steps it requires to implement a recommendation that was suggested.
The interviewer inquired about the fundamentals of Business Analysis, including key concepts, techniques, and tools. They also asked a few subject-specific questions to assess practical knowledge and understanding of BA methodologies and frameworks.

I interviewed for a Business Analyst role at MT. The interviewer was almost 10 minutes late in the call and didn't even apologize for being late. There are some interviewers where you get the feeling that this will not be it, because of the interviewer's attitude, I got the feeling as soon as he joined the call. He was an East Asian person and constantly did some other work during the interview process. It seemed like he was not even interested in the interview. It is so difficult to land even one call and if people like him act badly make the applicant go back at step 0. No wonder he might have hired some other East Asian out of Nepotism. Such a shame. They rejected me next week with no reason to share. Well, Karma prevails.
