Multiple interviews. The Desktop Support position was outsourced to HCL. Intial interview with HCL over the phone to check if qualifications are met and to explain the role. Second interview with Micron IT manager was a technical interview which was straight forward questions related to the role and customer service. The third interview was meet and greet.
