Two rounds of phone calls, first was relatively basic, mainly hr questions and a few very simple technical questions. Second round was a bit more technical but not too difficult. Invited onsite, interviewed with roughly 5 groups of varying sizes. Also interviewed for another position. Much more technical but not bad even with only fundamental knowledge of semiconductors.
