I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Singapore) in Feb 2016
Interview
Got invited to the company for their mass hiring exercise after talking to the manager in career fair. It was a mass interview sessions with batches starting at different time. Reception was organised and quickly cleared interviewees to start interviews.
Interview consisted of 3 rounds, all 1 to 1. First round is a general interview with section manager that might not be from your dept. Second round with perhaps your manager. Third round with your dept director. The first two interviews was ok and pleasant. No technicals but mostly about your motivations to join micron and to see if you are ok doing OT or shift. They displayed flexibility with the interview topics.
I rated the experience negative because of how HR handled rejection case. I heard many horror stories where graduates thought they were being brought to further interviews/do logic test. When asked of the next stop, the HR avoided the questions and just brought them to the gantry. Myself also rejected, I was led to the lobby and stood dumbly there bcoz the person who led me there stayed in the elevator. Gantry people just took my pass and said "out this way, HR will contact you". It was super unprofessional.

Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Singapore) in Mar 2026
