They recycled my application for a talent acquisition team lead role and interviewed me for a contract recruiter role citing that my salary expectations were within budget.
On the day of the interview, i waited at the waiting area past 15mins of the scheduled interviewed time before one of the 2 HR interviewers came to look for me. No apologies and no water.
Also, they couldnt share what this role will focus on, whether in employer branding, volume recruiting of blue colllars, PMET hiring, they just didnt know. Yet they asked me how i can contribute and bring change.
