Micron Technology Yield Management Analyst interview questions

I have been interviewed at Micron .. it was of three rounds. The procedures were good and the interviewees were very nice when asking questions and were very polite. However, it took some 3 months for the entire procedure. HR communication was really bad and at the end they rejected me for no reason without proper communication.
