Interview
Traditional 'Big Corporate' process you would normally associate with large corporations. Lots of discussions and multiple interviews. Very thorough process. Owner allowed access to employees during process.
Company scheduled a phone interview with me by email and never called. I emailed them to see what happened and they never returned my emails. I don't think this was professional.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Microsolv Technology Corp.
Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple interviews. 1st was a short phone interview. 2nd was the meeting interview and then last was when testing was conducted.
