I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Microsurgical Technology in Apr 2020
Interview
Long.
Drawn out.
Not Concise.
Waste of Time.
I had 4 interviews over a 6 day period. The team was engaging and very easy to talk to about the company.
However, when I interviewed with upper management I felt that he was intimidated by experience and questioned me as if I was being untruthful to him.
None the less I continued with the process. They will give you tons of reasons as to why they need you to be a go getter and innovative and the reason for that is there are no resources and that they are not prepared to enter the markets that they are attempting to sell in. I have only worked for market leaders and have a wealth of experience and I would not mesh will in this environment.
They gave me feedback that my follow up was not strong enough for them and that is ok. If sending 6 text messages, 4 emails and 3 phone calls isn't enough follow up then we will never be on the same page. .
They would send calendar invites from Zoom and have you waiting on a Zoom call but then they would call you and ask why you weren't on the conference call line.
I dont quite understand their rationale here.
