Two person interview. Took over an hour. Too long and questions from H.R did not reflect actual job. I did not hear from them for almost one month before I got the job.

Interview
There was an initial 15-20 minute phone interview followed by about a 30 minute in-person interview at the branch you are applying. You are interviewed by both the branch manager and supervisor.
