Initial application was through indeed.com then I was contacted for a personal interview.The pesonel interview lasted approximately one hour and covered an in depth questioning of my past experience and pesonality
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Midas (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
Had a face to face interview with the district manager and then the owner, then it was the waiting game, to see what was going on they need to make it a shorter hire time, they can loose people due to the wait to find out what is going on
