The main thing they are looking for is a hard work ethic and a good knowledge of sales and what it takes to make it in the commercial insurance business. They are looking for someone who can truly work leads they generate on there own and have great closing skills. They may reach out through a recruiter or themselves but it should only be one to two interviews with the sales manger, CFO and president of the company.
