I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Midland Credit Management (San Diego, CA) in June 2025
Interview
Easy and personable, I was not overwhelmed with the questions and the interviewer was very friendly. The questions were well-thought-out and felt purposeful. It did not feel like a waste of time like some interviews.
Had an initial phone screening discussing my background and the interview process, followed by three case interview rounds, a puzzle-based assessment, and a behavioral interview evaluating problem-solving and communication skills.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our interview process. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to refine and improve the candidate experience. We wish you the best in your career journey.

Interview
The phone screening consisted solely of the "tell me about yourself" prompt and a few background questions. The rest of the session was essentially an overview of the subsequent interview process, like an information session. There will be three follow-up rounds, each comprising a case study along with other components, and it sounds quite challenging.

Interview
3 rounds of interviews on top of an initial HR screening. The cases are math heavy and kind of confusing and sort of a guessing game for you to ask the right questions.
