Midlothian Council interview questions

Relaxed atmosphere, I was interviewed by two of the Senior leadership team members at the school, they were professional and friendly and welcoming. I was asked a range of questions regarding child development and safe guarding issues.

Teams call with various competency questions asked. No real interest in personal circumstances and no effort made to create rapport. I made mention of their very concise People Strategy but there was no enthusiasm for discussing it.
